About the Role
<p><strong>HR Advisor</strong><br /> <strong>£48k</strong><br /> <strong>6 months initially</strong><br /> <strong>South London (3 days on site and 2 days at home<br /></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline"><strong><em><br />Essential<br /></em></strong></span>–<em><strong> Strong ER experience in the public sector</strong></em><br /><em><strong>– Available immediately</strong></em><br /><em><strong>– Can be on site 3 days a week in South London</strong></em><br /><em><strong> </strong></em><br /> We are supporting a South London local authority to find an HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to manage a caseload. </p>
<p> You will join a strong team of 6 who are responsible for providing a responsive Employee Relations service and you will personally look after the Environment, Civic Pride and Climate directorate</p>
<p> This is a very fast paced role so to be considered you <strong>must</strong> have experience of working in a unionised environment within the UK public sector</p>
<p> This role is covering an internal secondment so will be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract but it is very possible that this will be extended. </p>
<p> Please be advised that whilst this is hybrid, you need to be on site 3 days a week in South London </p>
