Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Human Resources Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Cook Children’s Recruiter I position is responsible for Talent Acquisition functions, including candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. As a Cook Children’s Recruiter, you will identify recruitment markets and strategies, perform candidate sourcing, recommend appropriate advertising and facilitate the hiring process. You will manage the hiring process, which includes applicant screening through onboarding for the recruiters assigned areas of responsibility. The Recruiter is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to our hiring managers by conducting intake sessions, phone screening applicants and calculating offers. *** This position will be onsite with a future option to work a hybrid schedule *** Qualifications: Minimum of one year work experience in human resources or recruitment required. High Diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday) preferred. Sourcing and behavioral interviewing preferred. Previous agency and/or healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
