Review: Cable protector fits well and is easy to install and cut to length. It is flexible and it seems to be thick enough that it will be effective. This will be it’s first northeast winter on an outdoor unit so I will update if there any notable issues to share

Title: Impossible to install
Review: I don’t understand all the good reviews on this I’ve had cable cord protectors for my computer wires, and those were ridiculously easy to install. This was just a pain in the butt. I got through about 5 sleeves and said, “This isn’t worth it” and gave up.

Review: It is indeed a good option for many reasons. Of course, it will protect against pets, but it also can help protect regularly/frequently used cords from friction wear over time that might occur by cords being dragged on a floor, for example. It seems to be durable, high quality, and will protect your cord well. It should be a decent fit for most cords, though you may want to double check for hardwired units that have thicker cords. It is not quick to install because of its nature, but certainly not difficult. It will serve its function well over time.

Review: I picked up this LJH EV Charger Cable Protector yesterday to keep our Tesla’s cord safe in the garage—fall’s here, and with rain starting, I didn’t want it getting squished by the door or chewed by our pup. The 26-foot sleeve was easy to cut to fit the whole run, and the split design with that little clip tool let me slide it on without unplugging the charger, done in under five minutes flat. It hugs the cord tight so it doesn’t flop around, and the thick plastic feels tough against the concrete floor when I drag it out. Our dog sniffed it but left it alone, no more worry about bites, and it kept the cord from tangling underfoot when we backed the car in. Plus, it held up to the door closing a few times without pinching. The only gripe is it cost more than I figured for just one sleeve, but it beats replacing a damaged cord.
