Registered Nurse Manager

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations at a leading senior living, assisted living, and skilled nursing facility. Shift Monday through Friday with options for 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Why This Job Is Awesome / Your Impact Benefit from a great patient-to-staff ratio of around 10 residents per nurse Enjoy access to the facility’s gourmet kitchen and well-equipped gym Play a vital role in maintaining high-quality care and compliance across the facility Contribute to a collaborative, resident-centered care environment that values professional growth and work-life balance Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-standard, compliant resident care Coordinate care planning, admissions, assessments, and documentation with interdisciplinary teams Maintain organized, safe living environments and oversee incident reports, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, including participation in on-call rotations Ensure adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards Credentials Valid RN license in Massachusetts Required Experience and Skills Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards Preferred Skills & Experience Familiarity with electronic health records systems
