Shift
Monday through Friday with options for 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-standard, compliant resident care
Coordinate care planning, admissions, assessments, and documentation with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain organized, safe living environments and oversee incident reports, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives
Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, including participation in on-call rotations
Ensure adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety standards
Credentials
Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Required Experience and Skills
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting
Previous management or supervisory experience in a clinical environment
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Skills & Experience
Familiarity with electronic health records systems
