  • Preparing correspondence to clients, IP offices, and agents, including standard reporting letters
  • Managing Attorney deadlines and workloads, liaising with internal Records teams
  • Instructing overseas agents on filings and handling associated formalities
  • Maintaining Attorney diaries and coordinating meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Preparing cost estimates, invoices, and monitoring work in progress (WIP)
  • Maintaining and updating client and case records, including database management

About You

You will be proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. You’ll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and respond to changing demands
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience within IP, legal, or professional services environments
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint
