They need someone who can take ownership of planning across a busy CNC environment - keeping machines running, work flowing, and delivery on track.You’ll sit right in the middle of the operation, turning customer demand into a plan that actually works on the shop floor.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage production schedules across CNC machining, ensuring capacity is used effectivelySequence work intelligently based on machines, tooling and available resourceWork closely with engineering and production to make sure routes and cycle times stack upKeep control of WIP, materials and priorities to avoid bottlenecks and delaysAct as the link between sales and the shop floor, keeping everyone aligned on deliverWhat we’re looking for:Solid background in production planning within CNC machining or precision engineeringStrong understanding of milling, turning and multi-axis environmentsComfortable reading drawings and understanding how parts flow through productionConfident using ERP/MRP systems, with good Excel skillsOrganised, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing controlIf the role sounds of interest, click apply and Kieran Evans will be in contact to run through the details.
