The Role As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You will: Lead and develop a strong, motivated staff team Create a positive, supportive, and structured environment for young people Ensure all safeguarding practices are robust and consistently followed Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and all key documentation Drive high standards in line with regulatory and inspection frameworks Manage staffing, rotas, performance, and development Take ownership of inspections and maintain an “inspection-ready” service at all times Build strong relationships with external professionals and stakeholders Leadership & Impact This role offers the chance to shape a service, influence culture, and deliver real, lasting outcomes for young people.
