Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to join a modern, growing law firm in
Manchester.
This is a
fast-paced residential conveyancing role but without the pressure of unmanageable volume. The firm works with both
individual buyers and
property buying companies, with transactions expected to complete within 30 days – making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in an energetic environment.
The firm is dedicated to supporting its staff. If you’re not yet qualified, they will make it a
priority to get you qualified, offering progression routes via
Training Contracts, CLC or CILEX.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Acting for both individual clients and property companies
- Turning transactions around efficiently and to a high standard
- Building strong client relationships in a busy, supportive team
