About the Role
<p>We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Administrator to join our client’s team. The role involves working in a logistics team to process and dispatch orders using company vans and third-party couriers, while ensuring high administrative standards so everything runs smoothly and deliveries go out efficiently and on time.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Order Intake & Planning Integration</li>
<li>Review and validate all incoming orders daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Input orders into the operational planning system to support efficient route planning and delivery scheduling.</li>
<li>Flag any risks (capacity, location, special requirements) early to avoid downstream failures.</li>
</ul>
<p>Warehouse Pick Generation</p>
<ul>
<li>Generate accurate and timely pick lists aligned to confirmed delivery schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure all picks reflect correct product, quantities, and build requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Requirements</p>
<p>Technical Capability</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (comfortable with formulas, data validation, and basic analysis).</li>
<li>Ability to manage and maintain structured data across multiple systems/spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Confident working with operational software (ERP / routing systems)</li>
</ul>
