LPN/LVN – Hospice

Job Title: Hospice RN

Location: Fargo, ND

Pay: $1,575.60 per week

Shifts: Primary shifts are 0800-1630. 1-2 nights a week of overnight on-call (1630-0800). Every other to every third weekend, with potential holiday coverage.

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to join a compassionate team in Fargo, ND. This is a travel assignment where you will work in post-acute care settings, providing essential end-of-life care to patients. The role includes primary daytime shifts with some overnight on-call and weekend rotations.

Key Responsibilities of the Hospice RN

• Deliver compassionate hospice care in a post-acute setting.
• Manage and document patient care using the EPIC charting system.
• Participate in overnight on-call rotations and weekend shifts as scheduled.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements of the Hospice RN

• Valid RN license to practice in ND.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience in hospice or post-acute care settings preferred.
