The role As an Experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of private staff and household staffing roles. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify exceptional candidates, manage shortlists and deliver successful placements with professionalism, discretion and care. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-led environment and understands how to manage high expectations, confidential searches and relationship-driven recruitment. Key responsibilities • Pro-actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client brief through to placement • Build trusted relationships with private clients and high-calibre candidates • Source, screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates • Match candidates to roles with care, accuracy and attention to detail • Write compelling candidate profiles & summaries • Manage client shortlists • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management and placements/onboarding • Deliver an exceptional level of service throughout the recruitment process • Maintain high standards of discretion, communication and professionalism • Actively achieve (and exceed) monthly targets What we are looking for We need an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in: • Private staff recruitment • Household staff recruitment • Domestic staff recruitment • Luxury hospitality recruitment • Executive search • Lifestyle or concierge recruitment • High-net-worth or UHNW client services recruitment • Or another related sector with strong transferable experience & skills The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, or similar (minimum 2 years) • Strong relationship management and candidate assessment skills • A professional, polished and discreet approach • Excellent communication and organisational ability • Ability to listen and follow in-house procedures • A track record of successful placements and achieving set targets • The ability to proactively manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment • A genuine commitment to quality, service and long-term relationship building Why join Eden Private Staff Eden Private Staff is a recognised name in the private staff recruitment and household staffing sector.
