About the Role

A global award-winning consulting firm is seeking a highly professional, proactive and personable Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support its London office and senior leadership team. A structured mentoring and development framework supports both professional and personal growth across the business. This is a key, hands-on position at the heart of the London office. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while also providing high-level, confidential Executive Assistant support to Senior Execs. You will be supported by two Office Assistants to maintain an exceptional working environment and seamless operational support. This is a full-time, in-person role (37.5 hours per week), typically working either 07:45–16:15 or 09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday.
