You will work closely with senior leadership and administrative staff to maintain high standards of financial management.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate salary paymentsManaging purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliationsSupporting budget monitoring and financial reportingMaintaining financial records in line with school policies and regulationsLiaising with staff, suppliers, and external stakeholdersAssisting with audits and compliance requirementsRequirementsPrevious experience working in a school-based finance role is essentialStrong knowledge of payroll processes and financial proceduresFamiliarity with school finance systems (e.g. SIMS, FMS or similar) is highly desirableA relevant degree is preferredExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesThe School This is a friendly, well-regarded secondary school with a positive working culture and a strong sense of community.
