Supported by a strong international network and end-to-end capabilities including visual merchandising, marketing, and production.

Also delivering accessories such as scarves and wellness products, on a global scale, positioning the business as a highly capable and versatile distribution partners.

​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Own and manage HR activities across the business
  • Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law
  • Handle employee relations matters where required

Recruitment & Talent

  • Support and improve recruitment processes
  • Introduce structured, consistent hiring practices
  • Manage agency relationships where needed

AI & Process Optimisation

  • Identify practical opportunities to introduce AI into HR workflows
  • Implement tools to support CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and reporting
  • Streamline administrative tasks through automation
  • Ensure AI is used ethically, fairly, and without bias
  • Continuously refine processes based on outcomes and efficiency gains

​​​​​​​Performance & Structure

  • Implement simple and effective performance frameworks
  • Support managers in setting clear, measurable objectives
  • Introduce consistent performance tracking and review processes

Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on key HR metrics (hiring, retention, performance)
  • Use data and AI-supported insights to improve decision-making
  • Provide clear, actionable updates to leadership

Skills & Attributes

  • ​​​​​​​Proven experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and process design
  • Knowledge of bias, ethics, and compliance in AI-driven hiring
  • Experience running HR in a standalone or small team environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Hands-on experience improving HR processes
  • Familiarity with AI tools or HR tech (ATS, automation, screening tools)
  • Analytical and practical mindset
  • HR process documentation and training materials
