<li data-section-id="1tr0eou" data-start="1083" data-end="1208">Develop and execute multi-channel strategies across email, digital, and social to maximise audience reach and conversion.</li>
<li data-section-id="16lulza" data-start="1209" data-end="1319">Oversee audience segmentation and targeting strategy within CRM systems to improve campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li data-section-id="170t265" data-start="1320" data-end="1432">Work closely with commercial and events teams to align marketing activity with revenue and attendance goals.</li>
<li data-section-id="1twt51k" data-start="1433" data-end="1539">Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all activity is delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.</li>

<li data-section-id="cna0d5" data-start="2027" data-end="2118">Strong understanding of how marketing activity drives revenue and delegate acquisition.</li>
<li data-section-id="19e0042" data-start="2119" data-end="2210">Confident working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign reporting.</li>
<li data-section-id="v8ic5v" data-start="2211" data-end="2305">Strong copywriting and communication skills, able to engage senior professional audiences.</li>
