This full-time, term-time-only role involves supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students in the classroom and around the school Providing consistent, individualised support to promote engagement, independence, and learning Working closely with teaching and support staff to implement strategies and interventions Promoting positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and social development Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or challenging behaviours A patient, calm, and supportive approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safeguarding and confidence in applying best practice A genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs What the Role Offers: Full-time, term-time-only position Competitive daily rate of £92.41 Opportunity to work in a specialist SEMH setting with an all-boys cohort Supportive and collaborative school environment A rewarding role making a meaningful difference to students’ education and wellbeing How to ApplyIf you are enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about supporting students with SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you.
