At ETAS, our application process is transparent and straightforward, ensuring a smooth journey from your initial application to joining our team. We provide clear guidance and support at each step, helping you find your place in our innovative and dynamic company. Join us in shaping the future of automotive software.

Once you've found the right role, submit your application online. Make sure to include your resume, cover letter, and any other required documents.

Action: Complete the online application form and upload your documents.

Our HR team will quickly review your application to ensure you meet the basic requirements for the position. This step includes an initial assessment of your qualifications and experience.

Action: Await feedback from our HR team regarding the status of your application.

If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited for a telephone interview. This initial conversation helps us learn more about your background and your interest in ETAS.

Action: Prepare for the call by reviewing the job description and your application.

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete additional assessments or tests.

These could include technical assessments, coding tests, or other role-specific evaluations.

Action: Complete the assessments and await further instructions.

After all interviews and assessments are completed, our team will review all candidates and make a final decision. We will then contact you to discuss the outcome and any next steps.

If you are selected, you will receive a formal job offer. Review the offer carefully and discuss any questions you may have with our HR team.

Action: Accept the offer and complete any necessary pre-employment paperwork.

Once you’ve accepted the offer, you will begin the onboarding process. This includes orientation, training, and integration into your new role and team, and being paired with an ETAS Buddy. Your ETAS Buddy, a team member, will be your go-to person for any questions and will help you navigate the onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition.
