Senior Analytics Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping scalable analytics solutions that power strategic decision-making across markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence and analytics solutions
  • Build scalable data models and semantic layers using modern cloud data platforms
  • Develop insightful dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI and emerging Fabric capabilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Provide informal technical leadership by mentoring team members and guiding best practices
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure optimized data pipelines and performance
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions
Must-Have Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake in a production environment
  • Strong expertise in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
  • Proven experience providing technical guidance or informal leadership within a team
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and BI architecture
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics)
  • 5–7 years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Contract Structure & Work Model
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
  • Upon conversion, five days on-site expected at a corporate office location
    • Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern time zone
