Senior Analytics Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence and analytics solutions
- Build scalable data models and semantic layers using modern cloud data platforms
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports leveraging Power BI and emerging Fabric capabilities
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
- Provide informal technical leadership by mentoring team members and guiding best practices
- Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure optimized data pipelines and performance
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across reporting solutions
Must-Have Experience
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake in a production environment
- Strong expertise in Power BI and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
- Proven experience providing technical guidance or informal leadership within a team
- Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and BI architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics)
- 5–7 years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Contract Structure & Work Model
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
- Upon conversion, five days on-site expected at a corporate office location
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the Eastern time zone
