<p>Technical Designer<br /> Ongar Essex<br /> £40-£45,000, DOE<br /> Permanent &#8211; Full Time</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Adore Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading high-end design and production company in their search for a skilled Technical Designer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design, innovation, and technical detail. You will be working on a variety of top-tier projects, from concept to completion, collaborating with a creative team and bringing complex designs to life.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>* Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for bespoke design projects.<br /> * Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet client specifications and project requirements.<br /> * Use CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to produce accurate designs and revisions.<br /> * Support the development and implementation of production plans, ensuring smooth transitions from design to manufacturing.<br /> * Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.<br /> * Troubleshoot design challenges and provide technical solutions in collaboration with project managers and other teams.<br /> * Participate in meetings with clients to understand project scope and technical requirements.</p> <p>Key Requirements:</p> <p>* Proven experience as a Technical Designer or in a similar design-related role.<br /> * Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks and AutoCAD.<br /> * Background in carpentry, joinery, engineering or similar fields, with an understanding of project construction processes.<br /> * Experience working on high-end, luxury, bespoke design projects.<br /> * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.<br /> * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.<br /> * Ability to problem-solve and manage design challenges effectively.<br /> * A creative and technical mindset, with a passion for design innovation.</p> <p>How to Apply:<br /> If you are a Technical Designer with a passion for innovation and the skills to bring unique designs to life, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!
