Pharmacy Case Manager – Dupixent MyWay Experience Preferred

A-Line Staffing is hiring experienced Pharmacy Case Managers for a Fortune 500 healthcare organization. If you've supported the Dupixent MyWay® patient support program or have similar specialty pharmacy hub experience, this is an opportunity to apply your expertise in pharmacy prior authorizations, appeals, and medication access.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract position with long-term career potential.

 

Compensation:

• $20.00 per hour
• Benefits available after 90 days
• 401(k) with company match available to eligible employees

 

Start Date:

• Start Date: October 5
• Paid Training: October 5 – November 6
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Attendance during training is mandatory
• Go-Live: November 9

 

Schedule:

Following training, employees will work:

• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Assigned shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST
• Schedule flexibility is required

 

What You'll Do:

• Manage pharmacy prior authorization and appeals cases from start to finish
• Coordinate with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies
• Process approximately 2-3 cases per hour while maintaining quality standards
• Obtain supporting documentation needed for case completion
• Review cases for accuracy and missing information
• Resolve pharmacy benefit issues and medication access barriers
• Document all activity in multiple systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals

 

We're Looking For:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Case Manager experience
• Prior Authorization and/or Appeals experience
• Experience working within pharmacy benefits or specialty pharmacy
• Strong understanding of prescription benefit processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

 

Highly Preferred:

We especially encourage applicants with experience supporting patient support hub programs such as:

• Dupixent MyWay®
• Specialty pharmacy patient support programs
• Manufacturer hub services
• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
• Specialty pharmacy operations
• Medicare Part D and Medicaid pharmacy benefits

 

Experience with companies such as Cencora (AmerisourceBergen), Lash Group, EVERSANA, AssistRx, CoverMyMeds, or similar specialty pharmacy hub organizations is highly valued.
