Financial Analyst

The finance function is being built in real time, and this FP&A Analyst will sit at the center of it, reporting directly to the CFO. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a portfolio of entrepreneurial operating companies — translating complex data into clear insights and partnering with business leaders to drive decisions. Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Develop financial reports and presentations monthly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and performance
• Support the implementation of financial systems and tools
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of finance or FP&A experience
• Consolidations and reporting experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: up to $110,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
