About the Role
Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Technician II for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in Indianapolis, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with pharmaceutical manufacturing and aseptic filling experience who are looking to grow their career in a GMP-regulated environment. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PMRequired QualificationsPrevious isolator experience is REQUIRED3-5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experienceExperience with aseptic filling in a cGMP manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of GMP regulations and documentationHigh School Diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)Preferred QualificationsExperience with equipment cleaning, preparation, and assemblyStopper preparation, filling, capping, and packagingCleanroom manufacturing experienceMicrosoft Word and Excel proficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesPerform aseptic filling operations in a GMP cleanroom environmentExecute manufacturing processes using batch records and SOPsPrepare, sanitize, and replenish manufacturing equipment and suppliesVerify equipment calibration prior to productionOperate filling suite equipment and support production activitiesPerform component preparation, filling, capping, and packaging operationsMaintain accurate GMP documentationTrain and assist new team membersCoordinate work activities to meet production schedulesProvide floor leadership in the absence of supervisors or senior techniciansSafely transport and dispose of hazardous chemicalsFollow all GMP, safety, and quality proceduresPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsFrequently lift up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, kneel, stoop, and reach throughout the shiftComfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPEExposure to SIP100; PPE is providedPre-Employment RequirementsDrug ScreenBackground CheckPhysical ExaminationEmployment VerificationEducation VerificationIf you have previous isolator experience, pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, and are ready to advance your career, we encourage you to apply today.
