<span><span><span>We are hiring a Finance Manager (Strategic Finance & M&A) to work directly with the CFO as the #2 in Finance. This is a deal‑oriented, strategy‑first role — not traditional accounting or back‑office FP&A.</span></span></span><br />

<span><span><b><span>What We’re Looking For</span></b></span></span>

<li><span><span><span><span>Investment banking background (Analyst or Associate) strongly preferred</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Advanced experience with financial modeling, valuation, and three‑statement analysis</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals</span></span></span></span></li>
<li><span><span><span><span>High intellectual curiosity and comfort operating without a detailed roadmap</span></span></span></span></li>
