In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with talented business development and customer-focused teams, working closely with key national suppliers to create new opportunities for members across the hospitality and leisure industries.</p>

<p>What You’ll Do:<br />
• Build and nurture strong relationships with hospitality and leisure businesses, including pubs, bars, hotels, and golf clubs.<br />
• Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and unlocking new business opportunities.<br />
• Work closely with internal teams, including Procurement and Customer Service, to drive sales and support growth.<br />
• Manage your territory autonomously, with regular visits to the company’s HQ near Bristol for collaboration and training.</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For:<br />
• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the food, drink, or leisure and hospitality sectors.<br />
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results.<br />
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure and maintain long-term partnerships.<br />
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to adapt to new systems.<br />
• Full UK driving licence.</p>

• Hands-on experience in hospitality operations (restaurants, bars, or hotels).</p>
