Job description   LIXIL is looking for a motivated and analytically minded Junior Controller to join our FP&A Projects & Processes team. This role is ideal for someone in their second or third controlling position who is ready to take ownership, grow quickly, and contribute to an international finance organisation. The Role As a Junior Controller, you will support the monthly financial close, forecasting cycles, and annual budgeting process while acting as a trusted finance business partner to central functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, and Design. You will take ownership of key reporting areas, deliver accurate financial analysis, and play an active role in improving controlling processes with a strong focus on digitisation, standardisation, and automation. You will be part of a collaborative team of eight Commercial Controllers, working closely with colleagues across Europe. The environment is supportive, non‑hierarchical, and designed to give you autonomy early on, with structured onboarding and access to your manager whenever guidance is needed. Key Responsibilities Support cost centre controlling activities and act as a finance business partner to central functions. Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles. Own internal reporting areas such as real estate, CAPEX, and headcount. Deliver accurate, timely ad hoc financial reporting and analysis. Prepare financial evaluations to support strategic initiatives. Improve controlling processes with a focus on digitisation, automation, and standardisation. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance financial transparency and decision‑making. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. 1–3 years’ experience in controlling or a related finance role. Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers. Structured, organised working style with the ability to work independently. Fluent English Confident communicator who is proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders. Nice to Have Ability to speak German Experience with SAP PW. Exposure to production or manufacturing environments.
