• further develop technical expertise within the purchasing department

• collaborate closely with technical development teams—from product concept to series production readiness

• increase value creation through value analysis, common-part strategies, and manufacturing cost optimization

• strengthen collaboration with domestic and international suppliers through technical expertise and partnership-based communication

• continuously optimize purchasing and supplier management processes

• ensure that required items are available on schedule, meet quality standards, and are procured at market-competitive rates

your talent

• completed technical training (e.g., technical drafter, turner/miller with further qualification as an industrial business specialist, business administrator, or industrial engineer) and/or advanced training as a certified technician

• prior experience in the international procurement of components for mechanical and plant engineering

• strong technical understanding, ideally regarding turned/milled parts, sheet metal parts, or electrical assemblies (cable harnesses, terminal boxes)

• strong negotiation skills and experience

• proficient english skills (spoken and written) suitable for business negotiations

• excellent ms office skills, particularly excel

• competence in using erp systems, ideally dynamics NAV
