Marketing Communications Executive
Droitwich
Monday to Friday 7.5 Hours Per Day (between 8am and 5pm)
Hybrid Options 3 days from office / 2 days from home
£35,000 - £40,000 Annual Salary DOE
A global engineering and technology business is seeking a Marketing Communications Executive to support international marketing activity across digital, content and creative channels.
With research, development and manufacturing based in the UK and USA, and customers worldwide, the company operates at the intersection of engineering, technology and innovation.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role ideal for someone with a background in marketing communications or digital marketing who is keen to develop their skills across content creation, website management, analytics and campaign delivery.
You don't need to be an expert in everything - the business is looking for someone curious, creative and motivated to learn, with a genuine interest in digital marketing and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications & Content
Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and product promotions
Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, social media and printed materials
Assist with the production of visual assets including graphics, imagery and video
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Digital Marketing
Support digital marketing campaigns including email, SEO and social media
Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools
Contribute creative ideas to increase online visibility and engagement
Website Management & Development
Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and improve the company website
Update website content, layouts and product information
Gain exposure to in-house website development projects
Develop skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL (training and support provided)
Photography & Video (Desirable)
Capture and edit photography and short videos for marketing use
Organise and maintain digital marketing assets
Requirements:
Essential:
Solid experience in marketing, marketing communications or digital marketing
Creative mindset with strong written communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (social media, email platforms, analytics)
Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop new skills
Desirable:
Interest or experience in content creation, photography or video
Awareness of website management or front-end technologies
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Experience within a B2B, engineering or technical environment
