Join a fast-paced warehouse team in a full-time, temp-to-hire leadership role where you'll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (hours and weekend availability may vary based on business needs) Pay Rate: $28.00–$32.00/HR Responsibilities: Lead and support warehouse staff in daily operations Maintain efficient workflow and ensure productivity goals are met Oversee inventory control and accuracy Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners Ensure adherence to warehouse best practices and safety standards Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment (required) 2–4 years of leadership or supervisory experience Forklift certification required Strong inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-changing environment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly Comfortable with lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods Ability to move quickly and safely throughout the warehouse Benefits Available: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Insurance $0 copay for unlimited Teladoc virtual visits Employee Assistance Program (medical, financial, or legal support) Coverage available for spouse, domestic partner, and children Pet insurance available Resources for parents with children of developmental disabilities.
