About the role:

Justteachers is seeking an Cover Supervisor who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Kendal area on a full time basis. The role is set to commence in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervising classes and delivering pre‑set work
•  Managing behaviour to maintain a productive environment
•  Following teacher instructions and school routines
•  Recording attendance and reporting concerns

Pre-requisites:

•  Behaviour management for mixed‑ability groups
•  Lesson delivery following teacher plans
•  UK school procedures understanding routines and expectations
•  Class supervision across multiple subjects
