Many of our people work in a hybrid way; most roles have the option of two remote working days per week. Our variety of wellbeing initiatives and guest speakers throughout the year look at mental, physical and financial wellbeing. VOLUNTEER DAYS From beach clean-ups, to planting trees, we give our people the opportunity to take up to four days paid leave each year to take part in volunteering, and some teams choose to take these days together.  News Corp will also match fund any charity fundraising or volunteering you choose to do.
