<div>Quality Manager</div> <div>Northern -Greater Pittsburgh area $60,000. – $70,000. + Great Benefits </div> <div>[ 401 K + quarterly Bonuses – add 20% + to Compensation ]</div> <div> A well-established Heavy manufacturing company is in need of an experienced Quality Manager to become part of their team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality and collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure customer needs are fully understood and consistently met. The Quality Manager is in charge of managing quality performance in relation to customer expectations, internal process control, supplier performance, and regulatory compliance. This role reports to the President and supervises a small team of staff. To excel in this position, one must possess the ability to interpret complex and diverse customer requirements and transform them into clear, actionable standards that uphold product quality and timely delivery. The Quality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by aligning quality systems with the fast-paced demands of a manufacturing environment.
