Product manager

UK insurance tech company is looking for Japanese speaking product manager(fully remote work is possible)ResponsibilitiesLead localized Product-Market Fit (PMF) initiatives by conducting market analysis and translating insights into structured, actionable product strategies. Develop a “Solution Blueprint” to define the regional product offering and create an executable roadmap. Drive alignment between product strategy and delivery by working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to close product gaps. Support go‑to‑market (GTM) efforts by crafting compelling product narratives, building demos and collateral, and participating in customer workshops. (Optional) Provide post‑contract Solution Architecture support, including requirements gathering and solution design to ensure successful customer implementation. Must‑Have QualificationsExperience defining product strategy for enterprise software products. Ability to translate complex customer requirements and market analysis into actionable specifications. Proven track record leading backend‑heavy product development. Strong understanding of AI-related concepts (e.g., Agents, LLMs, RAG). Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Strong stakeholder management capability, balancing customer needs with product strategy. Nice‑to‑Have QualificationsExperience in the insurance industry. Prior experience in an early‑stage to growth‑stage startup. Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST/JSON), data exchange models, and system interoperability. Background as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, or Software Engineer.
