About the Role
Job Purpose
This is a key role within the Corporate Property Team, and reports directly to the Estate Manager. The successful candidate will help with the development and implementation of the Corporate Property Strategy, they will lead produce condition surveys, tenant liaison, assisting with debt control, reactive repairs and provide professional and strategic advice to all Council departments. The role will also involve assisting the Estate Manager as required, developing and preparing Cabinet reports, Strategies, Policies and engaging with outside Government bodies.

8. At the discretion of the senior management, to undertake other activities as, from time to time, may be agreed consistent with the grade and nature of the role.
9. To undertake and maintain relevant mandatory training in line with legislation.
