About the Role
We Are Hiring For: Position: Concrete Finisher Location: Clark County, WA Pay: $25-$35/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed What You'll Do: Pour, level, and smooth concrete for roads, sidewalks, curbs, floors, and other surfaces. Complete structural and site concrete projects for public, commercial and residential customers. Set and align concrete forms to line and grade. Prepare job sites for concrete placement. Patch existing concrete surfaces and cut expansion joints. Monitor concrete curing to ensure a high-quality finish. Operate concrete saws and other job-related equipment. Follow all safety policies and maintain quality workmanship. Communicate effectively with crew members and customers. The Musts: Ability to work Monday-Friday and overtime as needed Ability to travel for project with company outside of local area Lift up to 50+ pounds Stand and kneel for extended periods Work outdoors in hot and cold weather Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Preferred: Experience with high-end residential concrete projects.
