Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift) to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift), you will be part of the industrial department supporting the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Night Shift)

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $28

Shift: Night Shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Perform emergency and routine repairs on machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates smoothly.
• Install, assemble, and modify equipment as needed, fabricating parts when necessary.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex machinery issues through observation and testing.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategies to maximize equipment effectiveness and quality.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machinery maintenance.
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues effectively.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Realizar reparaciones de emergencia y rutinarias en maquinaria, incluyendo sistemas mecánicos, eléctricos e hidráulicos.
• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo programado para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del equipo.
• Instalar, ensamblar y modificar equipos según sea necesario, fabricando piezas cuando sea necesario.
• Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas complejos en maquinaria mediante observación y pruebas.
• Apoyar las estrategias de Mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM) para maximizar la eficiencia y calidad del equipo.

¿Qué se necesita?

• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de maquinaria.
• Conocimiento en técnicas de reparación mecánica, eléctrica e hidráulica.
• Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas en equipos de manera efectiva.
• Disposición para trabajar en turnos nocturnos y adaptarse a un entorno dinámico.
• Excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo y comunicación.
