Key Responsibilities: Internal Database Activation Reactivate dormant players and historical user datasets Design campaigns targeting churned users Work with CRM teams to optimise lifecycle reactivation SMS & Messaging Campaign Strategy Oversee SMS, WhatsApp and messaging campaigns Test messaging structures, sending schedules and offers Coordinate with campaign operators managing technical execution External Database Acquisition Identify and test external database suppliers Evaluate traffic quality and negotiate testing deals Landing Page & Funnel Optimisation Design campaign specific landing pages Improve registration and deposit conversion funnels Run A/B testing experiments Retargeting & Performance Channels Implement retargeting through push and display networks Test native and programmatic traffic sources Evaluate ROI and campaign profitability
