- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Lead discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into functional requirements for the technical team.
- Support the implementation of Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management (APM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, APM, Platform Analytics, and ITOM.
- Proven experience translating business requirements into development stories for implementation.
- Experience delivering 5+ implementations in Configuration Management, Application Portfolio Management, and IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Demonstrable understanding of IT4IT principles.
- Dutch language proficiency is mandatory.
