Our client, an established and highly regarded law firm, is offering the opportunity to join as Partner their private and high net worth Family law department in their Shrewsbury office.
Our client is looking to appoint a Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent as Partner in their family law department.
You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads including divorce proceedings, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation and separation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, and children matters. You will have the opportunity to build and strengthen both existing and new client relationships, while contributing effectively as Partner within a successful family law team.
