About the Role

<p><strong>We are currently working with a reputable and well-established care provider operating across North London.</strong></p> <p><strong> This organisation has a strong presence in the market, backed by two recent “Good” CQC ratings and a predominantly privately funded model. Due to continued growth and planned expansion across 2026–2027, they are now seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple services across the region.</strong></p> <p><strong> This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced leader with multi-site management experience to join a provider with a strong support network and genuine progression opportunities.</strong></p> <p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the performance and day-to-day operations of multiple services across North London</li> <li>Ensure all services are compliant with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality standards</li> <li>Support, develop, and manage Registered Managers across the region</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement across services, focusing on quality, compliance, and outcomes</li> <li>Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall service performance</li> <li>Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans</li> <li>Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, families, and external professionals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a multi-site or regional management role within health &amp; social care</li> <li>Experience across diverse service user groups including elderly, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health, and clinical care needs</li> <li>Experience supporting and managing multiple Registered Managers</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance</li> <li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily across Northeast or Northwest London</li> <li>Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills</li> <li>Commercial awareness with the ability to drive service performance</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum</li> <li>Performance-related bonus</li> <li>33 days annual leave</li> <li>Strong senior leadership and operational support network</li> <li>Excellent progression opportunities with planned expansion in 2026–2027</li> <li>Opportunity to join a stable, reputable, and privately funded provider</li> </ul> <p> <strong>If you’re looking for a senior leadership role with real scope for progression and the chance to be part of an ambitious growth journey, apply now or contact James Paton at Domus Recruitment for more information.</strong></p> <p><strong> As part of our ongoing search for quality candidates, we also offer a £300 referral bonus if you recommend someone not already registered with us and we secure them a role for a minimum of one month.</strong></p>
