    <p>The Role<br/>
We’re recruiting a temporary Gas Engineer to support void properties in Birmingham. You’ll be carrying out cooker point alterations and radiator relocations, delivering safe, efficient work to a high standard within agreed timescales.</p>
    <p>This is a fast-paced role suited to an experienced engineer confident working independently and achieving first-time fixes.</p>
    <p>Key Requirements</p>
    <ul>
      <li>
	<p>Gas Safe registered</p></li>
      <li>
	<p>CCN1 / CEN1 (current)</p></li>
      <li>
	<p>Full UK driving licence</p></li>
      <li>
	<p>Experience working in void or social housing properties preferred</p></li>
    </ul>
