About the Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Visual Merchandising Planner to join a busy Head Office team in Plymouth. About the Role Develop and communicate planograms and merchandising guides that support business objectives and drive sales. Ensure merchandising packs are clear, practical, and easy for store teams to implement. Utilise micro space planning software and data reports to analyse, design, and deliver commercially viable and visually appealing merchandising packs. Work collaboratively with Floor Planning, Buying, and Data Analysis teams. Undertake occasional store visits to support reviews and assist with new store openings. Report to the Team Leader and Head of Department as part of a dedicated merchandising team producing timely and accurate merchandising guides. Take full responsibility for maintaining plans for assigned departments. Skills & Experience Commercial and/or retail experience (visual merchandising advantageous). Methodical, thorough, accurate, and numerate approach. Creative flair, passion, and ability to use own initiative. Knowledge of planograms (advantageous). Excellent PC skills, including: Windows & Microsoft Office Photoshop or InDesign (or equivalent) Micro space planning design software (advantageous).
