- 8–12 years of experience as a Blue Yonder SCPO Techno-Functional or Functional Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP), Demand Planning, and Fulfillment modules.
- Hands-on experience in Blue Yonder SCPO implementation, production support, enhancements, and AMS engagements.
- Experience designing, configuring, and supporting solutions across ESP, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment modules.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations, custom configurations, and enhancements within the Blue Yonder SCPO ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience preparing Technical Design Documents (TDDs), test scenarios, deployment documentation, and support artifacts.
- Experience participating in SIT, UAT, production deployments, and hypercare support.
- Strong experience resolving production incidents, service requests, and application issues for business users.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including developing procedures, packages, and custom solutions.
- Experience working with Unix/Linux environments, Control-M, batch monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and business operations.
- Experience performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive solutions.
- Ability to create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and process improvement recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Blue Yonder certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
