You will ensure that intricate data flows between Salesforce, GCP, and legacy systems meet the highest quality standards before reaching production.</p><p class="MsoNormal">If you thrive in fast-paced environments, possess an agile mindset, and have a proven track record of validating complex user systems, we want to hear from you.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Test Planning & Design:</strong> Assist in the preparation of comprehensive test plans, scripts, and acceptance criteria (Definition of Done) for user stories and requirements.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>SIT Execution:</strong> Prepare and execute detailed test scripts for each software component to demonstrate business conditions and anticipated results.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Maintain high quality and accuracy throughout the lifecycle up to software release, ensuring all work meets schedule and quality requirements.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Defect & Risk Management:</strong> Identify, raise, and track system defects with precision. Proactively escalate project risks, particularly those impacting complex data reconciliations.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with developers to ensure the testability of new features and provide continuous feedback to development teams and line managers.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Estimation:</strong> Support the scoping and estimation of effort for user stories in the Product Backlog and provide project scheduling estimates to Test Managers.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Complex Integration Validation:</strong> Perform end-to-end and system integration testing across <strong>Windows Software Applications and Database Applications using CRM/Salesforce, SAP (CPQ), GCP BIG Query, and SQL Server.</strong></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Hybrid Methodology Support:</strong> Support the transition and delivery within environments moving from Waterfall to <strong>Agile (Scrum/Kanban)</strong>.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Tool Management:</strong> Utilize <strong>Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps (ADO)</strong> for test configuration, defect tracking, and collaboration.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Key Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Testing Core:</strong> 5+ years of experience in system, system integration, and user acceptance testing with a deep understanding of structured test methods.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Technical Breadth:</strong> Proven experience testing Windows Software and Database Applications built using <strong>Salesforce, SAP (CPQ), GCP Big Query, and SQL Server</strong>.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Tooling:</strong> Proficiency in <strong>Jira and ADO</strong>. Exposure to automated test tools such as <strong>Selenium or SOAP UI</strong> is highly desirable.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Technical Awareness:</strong> Basic understanding of <strong>Kafka, Azure, GCP, and Java</strong> to support integrated system troubleshooting.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Agile Expertise:</strong> Experience working in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban); relevant certifications are a plus.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> A meticulous approach to quality and the ability to provide regular, confident updates to stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Desirable Skills</strong></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Industry Experience:</strong> Previous experience within large-scale logistics or postal organizations.</p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><strong>Automation:</strong> Hands-on exposure to automated testing frameworks.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Ready to join the team?
