1st Shift / Team Leader / $19

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Product Inspections
• Compression Testing Concrete Cylinders
• Record Keeping
• Materials Testing
• Supervising 10-15 Quality Inspectors
• Prepare work instructions
• Authorization of daily time sheets for assigned Inspectors

Skills Required:

• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to Multitask
• Must be able to Self-Supervise
• Communicate effectively to team and managers
• Patience

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Team Lead or leadership role within a factory environment in the past 2 years.
• Quality Control/Inspecting experience is a PLUS!
• Automotive experience is a PLUS!

Education Required:

• Highschool Diploma/GED
