This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys networking, has a passion for youth development, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Join Soccer Shots and be the best part of a child’s week.</div><ul> <li>Identify and build relationships with directors, principals, PTA leaders, and decision-makers at child-focused organizations.</li> <li>Attend local events, expos, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.</li> <li>Maintain a growing pipeline of potential partners.</li> <li>Present Soccer Shots programming to prospective partners and close new accounts.</li> <li>Work with partners to schedule and launch Soccer Shots sessions at their locations.</li> <li>Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.</li> <li>Serve as the liaison between Soccer Shots and partner sites during program setup and launch.</li> <li>Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li> <li>Assist in renewals and upselling additional programming.</li> <li>Keep accurate records of outreach, communications, and sales activity using CRM tools.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new locations.</li> </ul><div><strong>Who You Are:</strong></div><ul> <li>1–3 years of sales, outreach, or business development experience (education or youth programs a plus)</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li> <li>Passion for children’s education, sports, or youth development</li> <li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally</li> <li>Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools<br><br> </li> </ul><div>Don’t miss your chance to be part of a collaborative coaching team, changing lives through soccer. </div><div>. </div> </div>
