Job Title: Forklift Driver
Shift/Hours/Days: 1st Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday

The client is best known as a leading manufacturer of commercial floor care equipment and specialty cleaning chemicals. The company has been an innovator in the janitorial and facility maintenance industry for more than 40 years and is recognized worldwide for its floor maintenance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials, components, chemicals, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and shipping containers while following proper safety procedures.
- Move raw materials to production areas to support manufacturing schedules.
- Transport completed products to warehouse and shipping areas.
- Stage products and materials for production, storage, and shipment.
- Verify quantities, labels, and product information for accuracy.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse and production areas.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and material tracking as needed.
- Work closely with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient operations.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
Willingness to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
