Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, and related hardware
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Provide professional and customer-focused service in residential settings
- Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with the team
- Operate tools, ladders, and equipment safely and effectively
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing and servicing residential garage doors
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools and power tools on a daily basis
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work in a variety of conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
