- creating and managing the roadmap for the WORKAI® platform (intranet, learning, community, workplace),
- analyzing the market, competition, and user needs to guide product development,
- defining user stories and managing the product backlog,
- participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives,
- collaborating closely with development, UX/UI, QA, customers, and stakeholder teams,
- coordinating product releases and communicating updates,
- preparing documentation, concepts, and tasks for implementation,
- using user feedback and data to improve product functionality and experience.
- at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in a SaaS company,
- solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence),
- experience with digital workplace products (e.g., intranet, LMS, community, workplace apps),
- good understanding of UX/UI and SaaS product development lifecycle,
- the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements,
- fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish.
- experience working with B2B enterprise clients,
- CSPO or PSPO certification.
