We grow our customer base, strengthen relationships, and support strategic accounts by staying close to our customers, working with our partners, and offering the right solutions at the right time.
Regional Sales Management
Our team leads Account Managers, develops relationships with major customers and potential new customers, and seeks business expansion opportunities. We also work with internal teams to develop solutions for cross-selling and up-selling.
Commercial Sales
We're driving sales strategies in the commerce territory. We're handling all steps from customer identification to engagement and acquisition.
Partner Sales
Our team identifies and develops key account alliances and partnership programs to generate new sales opportunities.
Security Sales
We have an in-depth understanding of Dynatrace Security products and capabilities and we own its sales. Spread across different territories, we focus on bringing new customers, growing funnels, developing accounts, and delivering on the strategy.
Solutions Engineering
Our team has a technical know-how. Leveraging our deep product expertise, we support pre-sales in the development and implementation of complex products, applications, and solutions.
Sales Development Representative
We’re the first point of contact for future customers, creating demand for the Dynatrace platform. Partnering with Account Executives and Marketing, we qualify leads and drive the sales pipeline to close.
