Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary contact between clients and Advisors
Manage onboarding and client communication
Coordinate documentation and investment strategy follow-through
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
Support Advisors with prep and follow-ups
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask
High professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
Experience in financial services or knowledge of financial planning is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a bonus
